Receive Reiki energy regardless of your physical location. All beings are connected through energy, and that is how this energy can be transmitted over distance through intention and focus. I will use specific mental techniques and symbols to establish an energetic link with the recipient, and will channel Reiki energy and direct it toward the recipient, often visualizing it flowing to specific areas or the whole being. The recipient typically relaxes in a comfortable space during the agreed-upon time, usually around bed-time or when the recipient is able to have quiet, relaxing time. It's pretty amazing to think that this gentle yet powerful energy can be shared across any distance, isn't it? It really highlights the interconnectedness we have!
